Filets of Small Sole to the Plate

Today I have gone to the supermarket and have bought small sole because it had very good price. So today to eat they touch filets of small sole…


  • 2 small soles in filets
  • 4 potatoes
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • Parsley
  • Salt
  • Olive oil


We cook the potatoes in abundant water with salt during approximately 20 min.

While the potatoes are cooked we put to the fire a frying pan with a jet of olive oil and the bad garlic cloves.

When one starts gilding the garlic we incorporate the filets of small sole into the skin up (in order that the meat is done and the fish is not shrunk). We put little salt and parsley to the taste.

Spent 2-3 min. we give him the return to the filets.

When the filets have been done on the part of the skin we withdraw and serve together with the cooked potatoes.

It is a very very easy and tasty recipe … for not commenting that it is healthy alone in spite of seeing her…
