I´m charmed with this recipe!!!!!!
- Loin of pork (quantity to the taste)
- 1 onion
- 1/2 pepper (red or green, to the taste)
- Sauce of tomato
- 1/2 tablet of broth of concentrated chicken
- Broth of chicken
- Food colouring
- Olive oil
- Black pepper
In a pan with little olive oil we saute the onion and the pepper punctured.
When they are poached, we add the meat cut in small dice and season.
Once the meat is done, we add the noodles (the quantity to the taste of the retainer) and spill broth of chicken up to covering the noodles … probably a bit more.
We add 1/2 tablet of broth of concentrated chicken, the food colouring and a good jet of sauce of tomato.
We stop to boil of 12-15 min. and withdraw it from the fire. To serve warmly.
