- Filets of sirloin of pork (quantity to the taste).
- Attacked of cultivated mushrooms (quantity to the taste).
- 3-4 garlic cloves
- White wine
- Olive oil
In a frying pan with little olive oil the cut into pieces garlic cloves are gilded.
When the garlic cloves are gilded, the filets are added and are seasoned.
When the filets are average done we add a trickle of white wine and allow that it should reduce. And later we add the mushrooms. When they are done we withdraw and serve warmly.
