- Noodle nº4
- 1 sausage
- 2 eggs
- 1 bit of meat (of pork or chicken)
- 1 leek
- 3-4 uds. frozen spinach punctured in portions
- White pepper
- 1 tablet of concentrated broth
We put all the ingredients punctured in a pot with water, with the exception of the noodles and the eggs, which we will cook to part.
When it starts boiling we add the noodles.
When the eggs are cooked we peel and cut into pieces them and add to the soup.
It will be ready in 30 minutes.
