Nests to the Carbonara

One of my favorite plates is the pasta, is all the same to me since be prepared… Today I leave the recipe of Nests you to the Carbonara…

Ingredients: 

  • Nests to the egg (2 uds. for person)
  • Mushrooms (quantity to the taste)
  • 200-250 gr. bacon smoked
  • 1 medium onion
  • 200 ml. cream ground
  • White pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

Production: 

In a pot with abundant water and salt to the taste we boil the nests. When they are done we reserve them.

While the nests are cooked we are preparing the sauce. In a frying pan with a trickle of olive oil we sauté the bad onion.

When it is poached we add the mushrooms cut in tracks and hope that they are done.

 

Once done, we add the smoked bacon cut  and make it very small (without frying it).

Later we add the cream and white pepper to the taste and allow that it should be done as approximately 5 min.

 

We spill the mixture on the nests, remove and serve.

I dust something of parsley as decoration.
