Noodles “Olivares”

I am charmed with the olives…


  • Noodles (quantity to the taste)
  • Stuffed olives of anchovy (quantity to the taste)
  • 1 tin of tuna
  • Sauce of tomato
  • 50-75 gr. butter
  • White wine
  • Salt


In a pot with abundant warm water and go out to the taste we cook the noodles.

While they are cooked, we do the sauce.

In a frying pan we put the butter and a good jet of white wine.


We allow that it should reduce the wine and add the tuna. We remove a bit.


We add the olives and remove.


And later we add the sauce of tomato.


When the noodles are cooked we spill them on the sauce and remove everything and serve warmly.


For whom he likes the olives so much like to my, it is a super simple recipe and simultaneously very rapid of preparing.
