- 1-2 potatoes
- 250-300 gr. mixed minced meat
- Sauce of tomato
In a frying pan with abundant warm oil we fry the potatoes cut in dice and reserve.
In a pot with abundant warm water and go out to the taste we cook the gnoccis.
Meanwhile, in a frying pan with warm oil we are doing the meat, and season it.
When the meat is done, we add the sauce of tomato and remove during a few minutes.
Later we add the potatoes to the sauce and remove.
When the gnoccis are ready we add them to the sauce and serve warmly.
