• 1 brown wrasse
  • 1 ballan wrasse
  • 1 laminated garlic clove
  • 1 ½ onion
  • ½ red pepper
  • Potatoes
  • Peas
  • 1 leaf of laurel
  • 2 cooked eggs
  • Parsley
  • Salt

Slightly fried:

  • ½ yolk of hard-boiled egg
  • ½ onion
  • 1 laminated garlic clove
  • Sweet paprika


In a pot we saute the onion and the garlic. Later we add the pepper cut in strips.

When the pepper is a bit poached, we add the potatoes cut in slightly rather fat tracks, accompanied of salt to the taste, the parsley and the laurel.

We cover with water the potatoes and when he boils add the peas. We stop cooking approximately 15 min.

Past this time we add the cut into pieces fish and allow that it should be cooked to fire lentro during approximately 10 min. more.

Meanwhile we do the slightly fried one.

In a frying pan, we sauté the half onion and the garlic clove.

When it is started gilding, we add the half yolk of cooked egg crushed.

And later, and already out of the fire, we add 2 teaspoonfuls of sweet paprika.

We remove good and add it to the pot where the potatoes and the fish are cooked. We add also both cooked eggs cut in clusters and leave approximately 5 rest min. already with the subdued fire and serve warmly.

Actually it is possible to do this recipe with any type of fished, and is ideal to mix them (this way we will eat changed). It is very very good and is the easiest and rapid of doing.
