Filets of Pork with Potatoes and Carrots

  • Filets of pork
  • Potatoes
  • 3 carrots
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • Parsley
  • Salt
  • Olive oil


We peel, wash and cut in dice the potatoes and the carrots and season them.

We cut the garlic cloves and the parsley and spice the filets and season them.

In a frying pan with abundant oil, we fry the potatoes together with the carrots.

Meanwhile, in another frying pan with a jet of olive oil we fry the filets.
