Ingredients:
- Cuttlefish
- 1 onion
- 2 big mature tomatoes
- 1 glass of white wine
- 1 concentrated tablet of broth
- Sauce of tomato
- Salt
- Olive oil
Production:
In a pot with a trickle of oil, to saute the onion and the tomato.
When it is poached, to add the tablet of broth concentrated, the glass of wine and the cuttlefish. We ripen and stop to cook approximately 20 minutes apróx.
We add sauce of tomato to the taste and give him a last boiling and serve warmly.
The ideal thing is to accompany it on rice in white.
