- 500 gr. mixed minced meat
- 1 ½ purple onion (or white, to the taste)
- 2 tins of red roast pepper
- Olive oil
- Sweet paprika
- 400 gr. sauce of tomato
- White wine (optional)
In a frying pan with 3 spoonfuls apróx. of olive oil to saute the onion and the pepper punctured.
When the minced meat is helped to add and to ripen. When the meat is almost made to add a trickle of white wine, if it is wanted.
Later to add the sauce of tomato and a teaspoon of sweet paprika.
To stop to do approximately 5 min. more and to spill on the mass of pie.
