- 1 small onion
- 1 sausage
- Sauce of tomato
- Olive oil
In a pot with abundant water hirviendo and go out to the taste we cook the macaroni and reserve.
In a frying pan with a jet of olive oil we saute the sausage and spill it on the macaroni reserving the oil.
With the same oil, we poach the bad onion and when it is gilded add sauce of tomato to the taste.
We spill the sauce on the macaroni with sausage and serve warmly.
We can dust little oregano on the macaroni… It gives Him a different taste…
