  • 3 cooked eggs
  • Cooked tails of prawn
  • Small sticks of crab (surimi)
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • Parsley
  • Olive oil
  • Vinegar
  • Salt

We cut the small sticks of crab and puncture the rest of ingredients (eggs, tails of prawn, onion, red and green peppers). We mix everything in a bowl together with the parsley, the olive oil and the vinegar and ripen.
