Potato salad

Ingredients: 

  • 2 big potatoes
  • 1 tin of peas
  • 2 tins of tuna
  • 1 tin of roast pepper
  • 3 eggs stuffed
  • Olives of anchovy
  • Ham
  • Small sticks of crab
  • Mayonnaise
  • Salt

Production: 

In a pot with abundant water we spill the potatoes, ripen and cook them. We reserve them while they cool.

In another pot with water we cook the eggs. We reserve them while they cool.

Once fry the potatoes, we peel them and crush them in a plate.

We peel the eggs and cut into pieces them.

In a bowl we mix the potatoes, the eggs, the cut into pieces ham, the peas, the tuna, the cut into pieces olives and the small sticks of crab cut into pieces.

We spill mayonnaise on the mixture and serve it in a source, covering it with more mayonnaise.

We serve cold.

We can adorn her with some entire olives, some egg cooked in tracks and the roast pepper.
