Cuttlefish with Chick-peas

  • 2 medium cuttlefishes
  • 400 gr. chick-peas (I buy already the stews)
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 3 mature tomatoes
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 1 tablet of concentrated broth of fish
  • 1 spoonful sweet paprika
  • Salt

In a pot we poach the pepper, the onion and the bad garlic cloves.

Then we add the cut into pieces tomato and return to poach.

We add I shock the slightly fried one and we season and throw the paprika.

We re-turn the tablet of broth concentrated in the glass of wine, warm it in the microwave and add it to the mixture of the pot.

We stop to cook to average fire during a half hour.

Past this time, we add the chick-peas (drained well) and cook other 20 minutes.

After this time, we extinguish the fire and stop to rest approximately 10 minutes.

We serve warmly.

( Excuse for not having photos of the process … I had a small problem …).
