Today I propose you to do a hake to the casserole but… WITHOUT CASSEROLE!!!!!!
- Hake in chunks
- 1 onion
- 1 big mature tomato
- White pepper
- Highland ham cut in plugs
- Sauce of tomato
In a low pot, we sauté the onion.
When it is transparent, we add the tomato cut in dice.
We add the parsley.
We add the peas (I used them frozen).
We add the potatoes cut in tracks and season.
When the potato is started sticking to the bottom of the pot we spill water up to covering the potatoes, and add the highland ham.
We cook 10 minutes and add the hake and cover it with a bit of sauce of tomato in every chunk. We stop to cook other 10 minutes and serve warmly.
